The suction cups must be kept clean, and the surface must be clean and dust-free, with the cups pressed down firmly to ensure stability. Suction cups are suitable for smooth, flat surfaces like hardwood or tile floors, not carpets. We offer an extra suction cup fix device to make the whole playpen more steady.

Please note, the top connector and L-shaped connector are locked together and should not be pulled apart. If you need to disassemble the panels or add more, carefully pull out the top connector without excessive force. Replacement parts are available if anything is missing or broken.

Recent updates to the Albott baby playpen include a screw-free hinge design to avoid choking hazards, and a new safety lock on the gate that babies cannot open from the inside. The 25-inch height design also makes it difficult for babies to flip out.
